All our swimming coaches are registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC), which requires coaches to meet the following conditions:

Certified by the National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP), including Theory and Technical Certification. (The NCAP Technical Course for swimming is conducted by Singapore Swimming Association);
First Aid & Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) trained;
Pledge to abide by the Coach's Code of Ethics;
Committed to continual learning through the Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programme;
SwimSafer certified (as of 5th July 2010).

All our swimming coaches are registered with the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and hold the SwimSafer Instructor Pass issued by Singapore Sports Council.

Only coaches who have been fully certified under the National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP) and have met other supplementary requirements can register as a member with Singapore's National Registry of Coaches (NROC).
