Our lessons are structured to guide children from non-swimmers with little or no-swimming skills to become competent swimmers. Kids Swimming Lessons follow the swim curriculum guide designed by the Singapore Sports Council.
Learn to Swim
- For 3 to 4 years old
- Suitable for young child
- No pre-requisites needed
- Only available in private classes due to dedicated attention required for young children
Course Objectives
- Improve water confidence in children through water activities such as blowing of bubbles, kicking and moving around in water
- Children learn to do front and back float in relaxed position
- Water safety skills and independence in pool

Beginner Level
- 5 years old onwards
- Suitable for children ready to learn to be comfortable in water and try out swimming
- Formal teaching of strokes begins here
Course Objectives
- Learn to submerge in water, open eyes and blow bubbles
- Learn to glide to a standing position, recover from back float
- Learn the basic breaststroke arm movements and kicking
- Learn rhythmic breathing techniques
- Learn gliding in streamlined position
- Develop sculling skills for treading water and co-ordination
- Learn the basic backstroke and front crawl movements
- Learn water safety rules and principles of personal survival
- Curriculum covers the SwimSafer course stages 1 to 3
- Upon completion of each stage, students can choose to obtain certification by Singapore Sports Council for his/ her individual swimming achievement

Intermediate Level
- Suitable for children with basic/ moderate swimming skills or have passed SwimSafer course stage 3
- Students can take test for SwimSafer Bronze and Silver Pin upon completing this level
Course Objectives
- Learn to enter water using a compact jump
- Learn to do backward and forward somersault in water
- Learn to swim 100m continuously using front crawl, breaststroke, backstroke, survival backstroke or sidestroke
- Dressed in swimwear, shorts and t-shirt, learn stamina swimming lasting 3 minutes, using any appropriate swim stroke, changing each minute
- Work towards correcting strokes and breathing techniques in freestyle, sidestroke and backstroke
- Learn the principles of water craft safety and recognizing an emergency

Advanced Level
- For children whom have picked up the 4 recognized swim styles and are competent in water
- Students can take test for SwimSafer Gold Pin upon completing this level
Course Objectives
- Continue to develop and improve in all the 4 recognized swim strokes
- Learn the butterfly stroke
- Improve student's stamina, endurance and competency
- Learn the principles of performing a rescue
